Back out there - but will be slow and steady.

After my last post when I completed my first few runs back as fairly easy intervals, I have now completed my first three ‘proper’ runs and so pleased to report that it went well. The third one finished at just over 5k. This was in the dark and rain last night.

I am hoping to continue slow and steady until I build up to 10k next year. I have a special date in mind and will explain nearer the time!!🤔

Happy and safe running during these dark autumn /winter days and nights. Meanwhile, will enjoy reading all your posts and lovely stories.

Similarly for me, 5km next week and a slow build to 10km in the new year.

Well done for the dark and stormy run. 👍

Glad you're progressing well. Slow and steady is definitely the way to keep injury risk to a minimum. Enjoy the journey 😊
