A very good morning to all you lovely running peeps! Torrential rain and gale force winds put a halt to my planned outdoor trot this morning so it was off to the gym and the mill of dread 😬. Forgot to take my Apple Watch off charge so had to make do with tracking the run on my phone. The aim was to do 5K but managed 6K! Wasn’t flying along and there was still a hint of Thursday’s gremlin lurking around my mind but I did it and enjoyed it (albeit a tad sweaty!) and my furry girl Jasmine was the first to offer her praise when I got home 🐱. Happy running boys and girls and have a fabulous weekend 🏃‍♂️ 🏃🏼‍♀️

Thanks Dexy ☺️ It was either the dreadmill or no run and after Thursday’s failure I was determined that I’d be running whatever the weather!

Aw thank you Bridget 😘 my furry girl is the best ❤️ The treadmill is a bit of an acquired taste and a last resort to be honest!
