UNPLANNED PB X 2

Set off to run my usual 5k , checked the trusy garmin and saw I have ran my fastest 5k 37 mins. Legs and head told me to keep going and managed 7k , furthest run. The head was saying go to 10, the sensible head said no stop so I did. Elated 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️juju,s plan is calling.
