Yesterday I tried lolo 10km programme and I really like this one. I can set my run/walk (sprint) ratio too. So, jogging for 5mins then sprinting for 30seconds for the duration of the workout day. I’m also setting the t’mill on hills (setting 2 for now with minimum incline of 0.5 and max 4.0) Really enjoyed the run yesterday.

My aim is to increase distance within a 30-50 min running slot. I’m working towards completing 10km in under 50mins (49mins and 59sec do me just fine! :) )

As long as you find a programme that suits you, that's the important thing.

That's quite a goal for your 10K time! You might want to consider getting the distance done first and then you can focus on speeding up afterwards.

But whatever you do, good luck with it all 🙂
