Did my regular Thursday night park run, 11k and i felt like I could have continued though the calf's were struggling towards the end, really noticeable on the hill/ramp areas but anyway i am all good this morning.
It was my first run in 7 days (life and half term got in the way) I was so keen to get out there. Thankfully the rest seemed to have done me good, i had a good pace maintained throughout and the run felt good.
Also blessed that the rain stayed away until i got home - when the heavens opened!

Fantastic Alison, very well done on 11 massive kms! I’ve yet to venture beyond 10k (maybe done 10.2k I suppose), and I don’t see it happening any time soon. It’s lovely or read about my VRBs doing it, so well done you!
