It’s been a busy work week and although I only work three days I have had a lot extra on so I haven’t had chance to do my short run this week. I ended up doing my longer run today: 7km including my warm up/cool down walk so approx. 6k ran. I wanted to get the miles in before the end of Feb for my run challenge, and I’m aiming for parkrun on Saturday. A bit of a mix but I’m happy with how it’s going 👍

Well done molly, just mix the runs up in any order and take more rest days if you can’t fit a run in. It’s all totally flexible. My 5k run was always at Parkrun too. Love it! 🏃♀️👏🏻👏🏻
