hello to everyone still here not wrote a post for a while just doing afew 5ks in the week a bit at the gym for afew days and a longer run at weekends.what about this weather nice yeh great for runing been out this morning in my local park did 5k could have done more hope everyone is enjoying the sun

I’m glad you’ve had some good gym sessions and runs. This weather has been exceptional, but looking at the forecast for parkrun on Saturday I think it’s coming to an end for now. Boo. 👎
