Started Again After 3 week

27th January was the last I ran than flu caught me. It was frustrating initially as body wasn't well, I wasn't able to do anything apart from rest. Once fever got away I thought I can start again but weakness was too much and had trouble walking. Since last one week I was mentally preparing myself to start again but my left leg still causing trouble walking, I thought may be hamstring problem.

Today i decided to go out just for small walk irrespective of my walking trouble. Weather is good, decided to explore new area/roads normally I avoid going in that direction. Reach Victoria park (those who knows Glasgow west end) by walking/jogging, boy.. what a park why didn't I went there earlier? (My wife and son are regular to that park). Ended up 6.7+ km walking+jogging. I felt I can walk/jog/run forever in this park such a weather, beautiful pond, birds/swan. I love this place.

I am happy going out after 3 week and walk/jog 6.7k+ when I was expecting only couple of km.

Hopefully my left leg will get better with time and I can start my running as earlier, till than I will continue my walk/jog.

Thanks to everyone who supported/suggested/answered my questions during this period.
