My second slow but steady 10K. Managed to knock 4 mins off the last one so whilst not the the speediest; it’s an improvement 👍🏻. Happy Saturday you lovely running peeps 😘

Thank you Flara 😘 Was very impressed losing a whole four minutes but I still think my time on the whole is veeerry slow but I’m in a bit of a quandary as to how to improve on this as I’m afraid if I speed it up I won’t manage to complete the whole 10K 😩
