Happy Friday running peeps! I have done another 5k today after graduating on Monday and doing a 5k on Wednesday. I have done ok but I do miss the challenge of c25k! I was thinking of trying a c210k app? I dont have an i phone and was wondering which one to try or try the podcasts for what next? Any advice welcome! Have a lovely weekend
