I am out of action since last 10 days (28 Jan) due to cold and Flu. Now I have recovered and started my office full day though still have cough and weakness (still unable to eat my full diet due to loss of taste).
Just wanted to know when I can start back running? I understand I will need to start from 0 again (I was running 6k+ daily before Flu). But somewhere I need to start.

Hi there, sorry you have been ill & glad you are recovering. You are obviously not fully recovered, I would wait until you feel properly better. When you are ready, go out for a gentle jogette and... ( this is the important bit) listen to your body. It will tell you what it can manage. Go gently, hope you’re fully better soon. 😀
