Lovely sunny and mild day after the weekend’s arctic temperatures and snow, so a nice gentle 6k with the Reds for company 😃😃

Well done Sandie1961. Not so good up here. Snow had cleared off the roads by this morning , but as soon as I got into the woods it was just water standing on top of ice. Had to walk carefully around it for about 1k before rejoining the road. So very slow 4/5k and weirdly tight calves at the end of it. Just one of those days. Was the heart specially for you ?🚀(nearest I could find!).

Dried up nicely here, although I am running almost solely on roads for that very reason. I like to think the heart is just for me ❤️

What a lovely ❤️ in the sky! I love watching the Red Arrows when they fly over our house en route to the Balloon Fiesta in August. 😍😍 How lovely to run with them! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Lovely day wasn’t it? What a difference to last week. I did my leisurely 8k in the mild drizzle and it felt lovely. Sunny now and the evenings are definitely way lighter! 👏👏

Oh wow that’s brilliant. What a gorgeous sight on a run. They are amazing to watch. I think I will try a gentle run soon. Sounds rather soothing. I am a more like a charging hippo 🦛
