All registered .. not to much training as the weather has been bad. I did manage a 10 mile last week so fingers crossed !!

Take it slow and know I am raising money is my mantra :) a year ago I was the typical 52 year old couch potato !

Whoop whoop!

My daughter is running this too, her first long distance event. She is raising money for a small but vital charity close to our family’ s hearts... Mesothelioma Uk. She had a kidney transplant two years ago so I am incredibly humbled by, and proud of her achievements .

Indeed. I will never be an athlete chasing a PB :) But I will keep myself a little fitter while helping some charities as I plod around at my own pace. The sense of achievement is enough for me.
