Been going a bit stir crazy since Monday due to icy conditions, and I don't have an indoor/gym/treadmill option. Heavy snow last night so I ventured out carefully this morning and ran a very sedate and satisfying 4K as my start to Week 5. Felt great to be out running, with the always added bonus of lovely clean trainers due to running in snow!
