is anyone feeling generous all for a realy realy good cause sorry but i have to try going to put all my running it to this i make good use of all that training that i have done what better way than this

I think you would be better off sending this to people you know Paul1960.

We are all in the same boat of running races where we want to gain sponsorship for worthwhile charities so this forum is probably not the best place to seek it.

Paul, if you're willing to put the running in then the least I can do is make a small donation. Well done mate. Personally I think if we all gave a little now and again (those that can afford to) it would make a huge difference. I can certainly spare the cost of a pint.
