Running and consolidating 6k these days, but today's was bit different and dangerous as surface (roads/footpath/pavement) were slippery. There was no weather warning so I was not expecting this but as soon as get out of house I got to know, thought try for a km if things are bad come back. Though I completed today's 6k but with a very very slow pace and couple of times, specially on downhill nearly slipped.
Overall run was good with slowest pace but I will suggest to everyone do not take risk running on slippery roads and get injured.
Safety first.
Happy Running!!!

Definitely safety first jrunner. 👍 Well done on your slow 6k. I’m not sure about you, but I’m uber careful about footing whether walking or running. I was a little nervous on my 6k earlier this week as it was a bit muddy and quite slick in one part - so I’m sure I was mincing! 😅🏃♀️
I also warn people to be careful, despite that my 6 year old son slipped as soon as he step out to go school (and went to school all the way crying), my colleague, who regularly go to office with me in same train, slipped just outside railway station and gave a miss to office. So morning was horrible, I just got lucky to escape.
