Frosty!

Tonight was a bit of a 50-50 as to whether i'd head out due to the weather, but i managed to persuade myself in the end. It looks like the pavements are going to frost over tonight, so my theory was it was best to take the chance while it was going.

I managed to get the week 2 6k down on monday, so went with intervals again for the short run tonight. I'm really enjoying these at the moment, it's great to have permission to run full tilt, even if you do get some slightly alarmed looks from pedestrians as they see a 14 stone bloke charging down the pavement towards them like an escaped Rhino 😂
