Is there an app for couch to 10k? Already done the c25k which I loved , would like to get up to 10k as I been entered to a 10k run in October .

Lots of us use a pinned post on here devised by one of our lovely admins, ju-ju- 😀 It’s called the Magic 10, and whereas it isn’t an app, there are structured runs to follow over 8 weeks. You can do the runs in any order too, so it’s nice and flexible. She also suggests strengthening exercises. 💪

Have a look. Lots of people repeat it every now and then. I’m currently doing just that. Good luck. 😀

I agree with Cheeky. I followed ju-ju’s plan finishing just before Xmas. Foolproof! Only 8 weeks so you have plenty of time to do some consolidation if you’ve only recently finished C25k. Good luck!
