Hi all, thanks all for the encouragement, it was the kick up the backside I needed. Got myself out to the local parkrun at Gadebridge, it's a bit hillier than the aylesbury run so it was tough and I can't say I enjoyed it much. But, I did it, so go me, yay! I went on my own, too, because Mr grumpy wasn't feeling well. Got an achey foot now, so back to the GP I think. Might be time for a scan.
