You can probably search the organiser's website for details as these can vary. I would expect high intensity drills and exercises and running will help. To a point. Just enjoy it whatever 🙂
My daughter gave the impression it was running based and I would be fine. Not convinced but will give it a go.
It is based in the local park where they do park run so if I don't like it I could run away and practice for park run as I have not yet mustered up the confidence to try one
You might find they’ll do burpees, squats and lots of body weight exercises in timed segments, smile through the hell is my best advice 👍😁
