I started C25K in July and have loved running ever since. I am fitter, mentally stronger and have lost 2 1/2 stone, and it’s fitting that on the last day of 2018 I have run my fastest 10k.
The support and guidance on the C25K and Bridge to 10k forums has been superb. Thanks to you all.👏👏
The thing that I am proudest of , is that I know others have started running because I have told them about the programme. I think they got sick of me going on about it 😂😂
