What a great way to end the year 😁

I started C25K in July and have loved running ever since. I am fitter, mentally stronger and have lost 2 1/2 stone, and it’s fitting that on the last day of 2018 I have run my fastest 10k.

The support and guidance on the C25K and Bridge to 10k forums has been superb. Thanks to you all.πŸ‘πŸ‘

The thing that I am proudest of , is that I know others have started running because I have told them about the programme. I think they got sick of me going on about it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Happy New Year to everyone and happy running

Well done , mate. I’ve lost a similar amount this year with pretty much the same to lose. I hope you feel as great as I do.

Have a great 2019 and enjoy the next run.

Congratulations SW, that is a very good time time, just over 55 minutes for a 11K run, considering that you only started C25K in July its more the remarkable, great way to end 2018. I wish you a very happy running even quicker new year, perhaps a sub 25 minute 5K or a sub 45 minutes 10K.πŸƒ
