that anyone who starts C25K on New Year's Eve will [should] complete it on 1st March. That would give and grad 10 months of this year as a fully-fledged graduate runner from not being a runner as the new year pops into being.
Not the most exciting post on here, but if anyone is thinking of starting, then try and get them out before the New Year indulgences numb their appetite for it. One run in and they may be starting to see why we are runners.
I started new years day, graduated the 6th March. I had to miss a week due to all the snow we had the beginning of March. I'm hoping to do my first park run this new years day.
