Seasons Greetings runners.I've enjoyed the holiday postings and post pudding successes.

Had a very nice 5k jaunt in Tavistock yesterday passing along the canal and under this viaduct.Back to a lovely day with my siblings.Very aware that this run was my penultimate trip out before my second 10k dream this Sunday.

Plotting a mud free but not totally tarmacked route is a challenge though.

Wishing everyone here well. I often think about the people in this incredible community living life, sharing, connecting and loving life x
