Sometimes life gets in the way. Absolutely know what you mean at this time of year so don't beat yourself up about it. Nearly didn't go myself-cold,raining, dank but was ok once out there. Have a great Xmas!!

Ahh never mind. This time of year lots of plans get derailed. No problem, the runs will still be there waiting for when you have time!
