Did my first 9k on Thursday from bridge to 10k. Was very pleased with myself but later in the day I realised the run had disappeared from Strava .... I like looking at it a few times after a longer run to make it real ... I often can’t believe this programme has got me this far. I was 62 when I started and had never ran . Thank you ! If I can do it anyone can !!
I don’t know if I can get the run back on if not next time I’ll be extra careful saving it !

It’s worth investing in a running watch rather than relying on an app. My Garmin sends my runs to Strava, but they originate in the watch, which holds GPS better than a phone, though I have lost a bit of a run once.
