It’s wonderful to be back in Blighty

Back with family and ran with my brother for the first time yesterday. I know the weather at this time of year isn’t for everyone but what a difference it makes to run in cold fresh air. Makes one feel so alive. Treated myself to a new pair of running shoes too! It’s great to be back home.
