Back with family and ran with my brother for the first time yesterday. I know the weather at this time of year isn’t for everyone but what a difference it makes to run in cold fresh air. Makes one feel so alive. Treated myself to a new pair of running shoes too! It’s great to be back home.

Hey, great to see you back on the forum Brian. Lots of Parkruns available for you to join in. Christmas Day and New Year’s Day too.

Yes, Jenny. What a difference it makes. No wheezing, no asthma, no over heating. Love it!
