Great video! Your brave running in the dark, I'm only out in the daylight. I'm having a reset week, with extra swimming and walking. I just about managed the 9k last week. Aiming to do my 3rd parkrun on Saturday. I want to shave off another couple of mins. I'm down to 34 minutes which is fairly comfortable. The advantage of being a beginner is you do see some quick improvements, whilst being careful to avoid injury couch of course π
Ooo isnβt it exciting, weβre all so close again now! Iβm thinking a massive crate of πΎπ₯πΎπ₯πΎ is on the cards along with a bunch of πππ πππ
Got my next 9k on Thursday this week. πTomorrow will most likely be a 4k on the roasting treadmill and my 5k will be a scary parkrun on Saturday. Scary because Iβm testing out the other local one to me as Iβm βdoing the doubleβ on New Years Day and I want to try it first. It has a mahoosive 2.5k hill to start, followed by 2.5k down to the finish. Arghhh π³π³π³πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Thanks for the advice ju-ju, I want to avoid walking at all costs. Iβm obstinate so hopefully thatβll help me snail up! πββοΈππββοΈ
