When I started I did them on my knees but always made myself try at least one on my toes, even though I didnt get very far, its good to get used to it....

I created this on my run yesturday in the woods as it kinda works for me....
Well I ended up doing 10k today, again planned a second 9k but felt good and wasn’t quite back to my starting point at 9k so continued. Really pleased with time of 1:07:20. How do I go about getting a graduation badge?? x
Hi, only managed one run this week, which was a very slow 8k. I'm going for a run round the park this morning, hopefully the 4k. I'm hoping I can just hop back into the plan, I will have to see how it goes. Also been a bit slack on the strength training! It's so easy to get side rallied. My beloved collie died this week, she made it to 16 years which is epic for a dog really. Then I had a trip to London and a very boozy party. Health and fitness just was not a priority. My mantra this week, Think happy thoughts and keep going xxx
I’m going to adapt my parkrun route and add some extra circuits of the lake. It’ll be good for me too as it means I’ll need to do the demon long hill twice. Who knows, maybe my dog will actually get to trot alongside me up that hill at parkrun eventually, and not walk - thus showing me up! To be fair though, I am getting better and I overtook a couple of people on it last time. Crikey! 😳 What’s happening to me?! 😅🏃♀️💪
Ok I’m gearing myself up for a 9k sometime this week. Will be the furthest I’ve ever run so I’d better come up with a very positive mantra and try and do a plank or two this week....
I seem to have got my self back on track after putting in 2 runs on consecutive days last week. Even did my 4k today after spending 3 hours at Chill Factore practicing for the new ski season⛷⛷
