.... 'if Iβm planning three hours on the treadmill' ....
Oh My Goodness! the very thought is enough to send me in search of comfort food!
I have had to stay indoors..ice again this morning and well below freezing..Mr OF hid the house keys to stop me getting out for a run..π he does love me so so much..π
Nope. You can't convince me. π Chilly temperatures are my friend!
I usually would agree with you, but that "Beast from the East" got me trying out Mr TM last year π
Me too. I was out yesters getting very pink about the face I was well toasty βΊοΈ
I can just imagine my husband hiding the keys π He values his features too much ππ€
That's awesome! But my point is that not everyone feels that way. There are many other problems, such as extreme heat or humidity, which can make it too difficult for people to get out and run where they live. There may be psychological or social reasons too. So it's really great if people can find ways to get the most of their indoor running π
I used Mr Treadmill once last winter when it was too icy outside and must admit, even though I did most of the programme on it, I found it so hard! I forgot how sweaty you get π· and how boring it is to look at yourself in a mirror π but hey ho running is running and I might have to go again this winter. Cute pussycats π
I love that pic..... and I have never been able to run on these awful things and I am not sure Iβm inclined to try as running is so tied up with fresh air and nature for me. However it clearly has benefits so Iβll stop being all bah humbug!!!
