After 9 months and many 100’s of KM of service my trusty treadmill finally gave up the ghost and died. I was on the last 500m of a 5k run and put the ‘mill up to 12km/h for a fast finish... 50m from the end I found myself rapidly decelerating and reaching for the handles.... fuses, wires etc all checked to no avail, it is well and truly dead.
RIP old friend I’d have still been on the couch without you 😥

I do a lot of my runs on road and trail but being able to get training runs in while on conference calls or being able to keep an eye on work is a big part of my running so things are going to suffer... I think I will have to dip into the savings ☹️
