Hope all of you are having lovely running weeks!
I’ve not been running since last Friday as I’ve been in Italy drinking wine and eating pizza for 4 days with my old work friend. We tokenly packed our running gear but decided against it whilst we were there. I’m absolutely itching to get out now and am going after work tomorrow for a gentle 30 minute jog.
Going to try for a 3k or 30 minute run, a 5k Parkrun and a 6k this week!
I also received my November medal for Race at Your Pace 25 miles. I was originally aiming for 50 but changed due to a long standing battle with my foot and the flu, and a holiday. Even with all of that, I still managed 32 miles! 50 will be easy in Jan.
