Yay! I tried a new tactic of smiling or waving at all other runners today as I was out later than normal and there were more about on my 8k route.Some respond warmly , others probably thinking "who's that barmy woman gurning at me?" and others looking like they are just concentrating too damn hard on keeping going! I heard smiling can send some love chemicals to the brain so especially good during the trickier bits....I like the happy post. x
