Have a break

First let me confess... I missed Tuesday’s *and* Friday’s runs (work, weather, weakness of will) but set off along the canal to Mytholmroyd in the rain this morning and it was absolutely wonderful. Four miles in good time, no aches, no pains, and no doubt in my mind that I Am A Runner. And I’ve ordered new running shoes to celebrate 😊 And I’m watching what I eat because it’ll get even better if I get some of this excess weight off. It’s been a great 13 weeks! Xxx

Sounds good - sometimes a short break is just what we need! I love it when a run just feels so RIGHT! Well done and enjoy your new shoes!🙂
