Wasn’t fast nor terribly enjoyable (done in the gym on the sweltering dreadmill 😱) but if you’d asked me this time last year if I could run 8K I’d have laughed so much my head would have fallen off 🤣🤣 Happy December to all you lovely running peeps 🎅🏼

Brilliant! ... I've never run on a treadmill but assume running for over an hour gets really boring so well done you for persevering. At least you're out of the cold rainy weather we've got today.
