Hello my lovely running family.
It’s been a few weeks since my last post - just been consolidating and trying to build up stamina.
Back when I booked my holibobs I’d never heard of C25k!! And here I am having run in Singapore - how amazing is that! I am so chuffed that I just had to share. I didn’t run my usual 5k, it was far too humid, but I did run. Next stop N.Z. Perhaps my bucket list should include running on every continent - not sure I will manage Antarctica though!🥳🤗

What a wonderful experience for you Megan! I’ve run in Germany, but no farther afield than that!
Running is very portable, we’re lucky the only equipment we need is our trainers!
