So I have two more runs to finish my C25K and I am feeling anxiety and separation issues already!!! I like being talked to by "Laura" and I am not very good at motivating myself. Is there an APP I can use to take me forward?

Go on to the bridge to 10k forum and do ju-ju-‘s plan. No app though! You’ll get used to it almost immediately!
Yes, but …… C25K is actually Couch to 30 minutes, not necessarily 5k, so if W9 R3 doesn't take you to 5k, you shouldn't start Ju-Ju's excellent plan until you can regularly run 5k comfortably (probably taking over 30 minutes, the time's not important). The good news is that once you Graduate and can run for 30 minutes your running adventures have just started. Many of us consolidate with a few more 30 minute runs ( Wk 9 with Laura maybe and your own playlist on shuffle)... and then take a look at the c25k + podcasts ( still Laura) which has three different runs to try and master. You can work on your distance by gradually adding an extra min onto your run to get to the 5k mark. Some shorter runs and fun runs will all help to build your stamina and strength.
