After a week off due to lots of crazy sh!t going on at home I just did my 8k!! Pretty happy with 52:41 too. Perhaps the glorious sunshine and my new swanky trainers helped 😀

Best thing is knowing I’ve only got to tackle 4K and 5k 👍🏻
