We did the Santa Dash today and I used it as my last run of W2 of B2 10K. There were apparently 800 Santas and reindeer but it was so well organised! Even the dog got a medal 😊😊🥇 it was really good fun 😃😃

I’m still in denial too! I’m usually a lot more organised! I’ve done an early Santa dash 🎅🏻🤶🏻 so that’s one Christmas thing done 😂😂

I did wear them they were quite warm! I saw a few people wore red leggings instead which I thought was a brilliant idea! The belt was very flimsy and broke so my jacket was flapping around behind me so I took it off and tied it round my waist ... I’m always boiling when I run anyway 😅 I saw other seasoned Santa Dashers wore proper belts!

I think black leggings will be fine. I was running round in a black vest top and everyone else still had their Santa jackets on! I was concentrating hard on not slipping in the mud and not getting tripped up so the fact that I was the only one apart from the children without a Santa jacket didn’t cross my mind til the end 🎅🏻🤶🏻I also saw a few people had cut their Santa trouser shorter and I also saw a few abandoned pairs as I was going round!

What a brilliant sight - Santa’s discarding their clothes. At least we have a week in which to make adjustments to said outfits. Red leggings ordered!

Hi Bridget, just picked up our Santa suits. Mine’s a dress, hat and cape . UpTheStanley has jacket, trousers, hat and beard. Belts will be replaced with flip belts and I’ll be making alterations to Santa’s trousers. Hoping it will be cold and dry next weekend. 🎅🏻🤶🤞❄️☀️

I saw there were some Santa dashes with dresses they look more comfy 😃 I got a beard with my trousers and jacket not very easy to breathe through 😂😂 I will keep my fingers crossed for a cold sunny day 🤞
