Me before my Santa run and a new route 4 laps and a nice run enjoyed it and I did pre event set up not bothered about PB no more I just run to keep myself fit and just to enjoy it 🎅🎅 merry Christmas you filthy animals name the film 😂

Hi Kev, good photo of you in that Santa outfit, good run for you, it was a 10K, not 5K as a lot of Santa Dash runs are, wishing you and yours complements of the season, I ran a parkrun last week and today in a reindeer Christmas jumper and a Santa red hat, very Christmassy. 😊 🏃🏾 🎄🎅

Kev you look amazing in your Santa gear! I’m so pleased you enjoyed your parkrun today. I too did pre-event setup to earn another volunteer badge and it was extra special because it is the winter solstice this weekend.

My parkrun was stupidly muddy all the way around to the point I would say it’s unsafe, slip hazards all over the place. So I had no choice but to enjoy it and forget about time. It was the first time I just let go of the time and it was absolutely fine. Winter months are simply not for me.

Thank you so much JaoJao 😊 yes I really enjoyed my Santa park run a new course for the moment as we are still waiting for the council to sort out the diesel on the old track.

Yes volunteering is great and today we went to one of the lady’s house for the volunteers which we all went for a walk or run I walked as I’m running tomorrow but everyone brought food and beer wine we all had a fab time the social side of volunteering and running is amazing so next Saturday I’m tail walking as I do like a drink over the Christmas holidays and I also want that purple T-shirt.

When it’s so muddy it’s harder to run in but it has to be safe which is very important we don’t want any accidents when it’s like that just have a fun run and enjoy it JaoJao I do like the winter for running summer is to hot for me and I do struggle in the warm weather when we get it 😂 take care and enjoy the Christmas holidays XX
