That's week 3 run 3 of half marathon training done! It was a long steady run...for many of you an hour isn't long, but only the second time for me🙃. However it was good and I enjoyed it. Now I can look forward to a relaxed week before pushing on again 🌻 Happy running everyone 🙂.

Well done. Just take your time and enjoy the sessions. Keep varying your routes 🙂

Sounds like good advice. I've been aiming for fairly flat, but think I must bite the bullet and factor in those hills, will broaden the variety too - just lazy 🙊!

Well Done Gran4z, you are doing brilliantly and yes an hour seemed an impossible dream when I was there too. But you’ve got those snails to keep you going . 🐌🐌🏃‍♀️
