My first 7km !

Reluctantly went out for a run tonight. I've been trying to run 5km three times a week since graduating at the end of October. However for some reason tonight I kept going and managed 7km in 47 minutes! Lots of hills and windy too. Hopefully I won't pay for it tomorrow!!!!

I did sign up for it but I had only just finished couch to 5k and thought maybe it was too quick to start. However, I am much more focused if I have some sort of plan to work towards.
