Jeez its cold!

It has got so cold! I swear if i had not signed up to race at your pace i would not be getting up in the mornings to go for a run! And so it clearly working.

It's funny how while running you are less aware of how cold it actually is, as after the run when i am on the school run that chill goes right through me!

I had to battle against some wind this morning, but at least it held of raining

Another 5k completed, another improvement in time. I have a way to go to hit my target and am now aware that i have limited time to complete it, so gonna have to try and up the distances, but i remain positive that i will hit my goal.

Think i may have to sign up for December too - whilst i have found my love of running again, i fear it would be all to easy to not get up and go without a challenge to motivate me
