(I called it W2R2.5 because I've already done the 3K and 6K this week and Parkrun was going to be W2R3, but thinking about it I did that today and Parkrun will be the start of W3.)

True, it's not in my nature to do anything slowly, that caused me no end of trouble in C25K. On the other hand, she looked to be 30 years younger than me!

That’s always a great feeling! Well done, fab time there.

I use to live in Ascot/Sunningdale and started C25K just off the A30! Happy memories 🙂🙂
