My challenge this week was to vary my runs and avoid the ‘must do 5k or at least 30min’ rut I’d got into. Glad to report I managed it. 😃 One stamina run, one speed run (both with Laura) and one with my fav podcast (no such thing as a fish). A couple of these runs took me close to 5 but I resisted the temptation. 👍🏻 Also because of last night’s rain 🌧 🌧 I took to the pavements today so had no markers to give me clues (again trying to avoid looking at my watch - just run 🏃🏼♀️). Ironically I managed to draw blood on a hedge - ironic because I usually run along paths and fields lined by trees and hedges!! Off to Scotland 🏴 for a couple of runs next week and always enjoy that. Bring on variety.
