Hi. I’m not completely sure what the Strava results mean . Is the ‘moving time’ actually how long the run took and the splits are the time for each k ? Is it quite accurate ? Probably sound dense !
This was my 3rd 5k after having a months break due to s painful hip .. being v cautious !the first 2 I took at a complete snails pace ...

I believe it's called moving time because there's an auto pause feature for people stopping to cross roads etc. Your total time may have been different if you had to stop for such things for more than a couple of seconds.
Splits will be kilometres by default for you as you have pace in min/km.
The 'splits' are the time for each km, the 'Moving Time' was the time you were actually moving during the run. If you have 'auto-pause' enabled the app will pause each time you stop (IF you stop). If you look at your run on the Strava website you will be able to see an 'Elapsed Time' for your run, which is how long the run took.
Hi. Sorry I can’t seem to find the elapsed time ? Not important for this run as I didn’t need to stop at all but I would like to know how to find it , 😁🏃
It doesn't appear on the app, you have to go to the website (i.e. in a web browser) and find your run. Once there you should see 'Elapsed Time' near the bottom of the statistics in the right hand column.
