Successfull Run

Morning all, went out for a run with my run group last night, it was dark and raining, yuck nearly didn't go, but pulled my big girls pants on and went out, it was a 3 mile run, but when i got back to the finish myself and another lady i was running with (safety in numbers) decided we had some fuel left in the tank and decided to go a bit further, managed to complete just over 4 miles, and still managed to hold a conversation right to the end, maybe i will manage to be able to do 10K, when i started 4 months ago i said I'd be happy to just be able to complete 5K, how things change when the running bug catches.

Another benefit of running with someone that you can chat with during your run is it helps to keep you at conversational pace which is ideal for the longer runs. Great job! I miss my runs with my friends where we would solve all our and the world's problems 🙂
