W1R1 of Magic 10 - 2.5K

On Monday, I completed my 2.5K, although it had a pause in the middle due to my dog being very naughty. But on the plu side, I did it in 30-20-10 Fartlek way :) and completed about 1.5 sets. I really loved the speed intervals :)

I did the 7 min abs workout that included plank :) actually 2 different planks.

On Wednesday, I'm aiming at "only" 30 minutes, as I'm fresh C25K graduate, so I don't wantto push to hard to soon. I guess it will be around 4-4.5K (not 5).

Hahaha, "Iga the runner" :D you made me laugh :)

Today I met a friend and shared my success. Apparently, she can easily run 5K or even 10K O_O I am still very proud of myself and my journey :)

I postponed my 2.5K intervals this morning due to lack of sleep... 😫

My partner has a nasty cough... Planning on doing it after work today 🤞
