Little white lies, I think that if anyone says on C25K that they have ran a 5K in 19 minutes I doubt anyone would believe them, nevertheless 29 minutes is still very good, sub 30,

I alway double check posts I write here on C25K before "sending" 😪, those gazelles that they call sub 20 minutes 5K runners here are well past the C25K stage in their running career.

Most of the gazelles at parkrun are very young . 😀

Today thinking I had cracked it yesterday tried to do 5k in 35 minutes but only managed the 4.6k but I am still very pleased with that. I know it is not the speed that counts but I like too push myself and at the same time as I am enjoying it. And when you can record it on your fit-bit and your phone app it is always good to see what you achieved, my fit-bit helps me exercise by reminding me I've only done so much fitness or I've been lazy this week and I've not reached my goals.
