So there we are! Physio seen and appointment for four weeks time and some stretches to do as my knees pain is likely due to some weakness and tight hips and hams.
She says if I can keep up the exercises I should be able to run again then. 😍😍
It’s the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m stretching my way to it 😉🏃🏻♀️

Hi just getting over knee trouble , physio gave me exercises too using resistant bands also recommended squats as well , another thing from a traditional cure advice ......... heat malt vinegar and dab onto painful area with cotton wool as hot as you can tolerate,it’s helped me !! I was 2 weeks rest then walking, and now back running , a little niggling but managed Week 5 Run 1 this evening but will repeat to just go that bit easier on myself aiming for the 20 min one by end of next week
